Box 001

A wooden box decorated with a carved ornament. Rectangular walls slightly turned outwards. The decoration is made on the outside. The motifs of geometric rosettes are repeated. The division of rosette petals is based on two cross-shaped squares. On the long sides of the box, are two carved rosettes, one on the shorter sides, framed by notched frames. The edges of the box are serrated - zigzags cut on both sides. The box was made by the folk sculptor Wincenty Jaskier.
