About the project

The aim of the Subcarpathian Pattern project is to identify, popularize and interpret the diverse cultural heritage of the region.

In cooperation with ethnographers researching the folk culture of the Podkarpacie region, a visual map presenting its most valuable elements is being created - the Podkarpacie Pattern.

We provide digitalized objects, which are carriers of characteristic patterns, and most of all the patterns themselves - developed graphically, for creative use by all those who seek inspiration for artistic, design or educational activities.

We hope that the Subcarpathian Pattern will encourage people to get to know the culture of the region and its identity, but also will be a starting point for pro-development activities taking into account the wealth of the original cultural heritage.
